The Company Held Yao Hongxiu Consultant Appointment Ceremony
On July 28, the company held a ceremony of appointing technical consultant， appointing professor Yao Hongxiu in Shanghai Maritime University law school as technical consultant for the company(chartering business and legal aspects). The company general manager Qiaogang issued letter of appointment to professor Yao Hongxiu. Professor Yao Hongxiu is the postgraduate tutor of Shanghai Maritime University law school, engaged in undergraduate and graduate teaching and research of maritime law, has a great achievement in the research field of bill of lading law and chartering contract law, has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience on international shipping and logistics expertise. He had went to Hong Kong Polytechnic University, UK Southampton University Maritime Law Graduate School, Russia Pacific University to teaching maritime law as a visiting professor. Now he is the arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Commission and Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
