Shanghai Insurance Regulatory Bureau Held The Meeting of Insurance Agency Market Rectification

Recently, Shanghai Insurance Regulatory Bureau held the meeting of insurance agency market rectification, conveyed the spirit of “the urgent notification: China Insurance Regulatory Commission must do the good job on rectification and ascertainment of the insurance intermediary market”, and entered into work deployment. The meeting asked all institutions to attach great importance to the rectification, carry out responsibilities, truly and accurately submit data to regulatory authority, seek truth from facts, reflect problems and not perfunctory, not concealed and omitted. There shall be investigated corresponding responsibility of the institutions and persons which do not meet requirement of submission in accordance with laws and regulations, in order to ensure the rectification in the first step to achieve remarkable results. The insurance company, concurrent-business financial agencies and professional intermediary agencies etc. in the jurisdiction attended the meeting.
